Usually 2 to 7 business days depending on the destination: 2 to 4 to the United States and Chile, and 5 to 7 to Europe. A box with goods can add 1 to 5 business days in customs at destination, depending on what is inside.
It depends on the destination, the weight and the size of the box (couriers charge the greater of the real weight and the volumetric weight: length x width x height in cm / 5000). Send us the details on WhatsApp and we reply with the exact price before you book.
The online form asks for the sender's Argentine tax ID. If you are a foreigner without one, write to us on WhatsApp and we will help you book it.
If the destination country charges import duties or taxes, they are usually paid by the recipient when the parcel arrives. Documents generally do not pay duties.
Cash, flammable or dangerous goods, weapons and a few other items do not travel by courier, and some products travel with conditions depending on the destination (for example, food to the United States needs an FDA prior notice, which we file for you). Ask us before you pack.
